Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
We know you’re excited to start cooking. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to physical addresses throughout the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing — shipping is 100% free on every order, every day. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden handling fees.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been processed, typical transit time is 4–6 business days. While the majority of packages arrive within this window, remote areas or unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally add a day or two.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted national carriers, most frequently UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selecting the best option for your location and order size. The carrier is chosen at our discretion to ensure safe, timely delivery.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at info@lodgecasstiron.it.com and we will investigate immediately. In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
